The Golden Globes award ceremony is here, although it was partially virtual.
Thankfully celebrities had a good year to prepare and understand how to run such a great event virtually and look their best.
Nothing felt normal for the past year or so, and yes we now must be feeling a little nostalgic of the traditional red carpet, but it is what it is.
Today we will be covering the best-dressed celebrities from the Golden Globes 2021 red carpet.
1. Elle Fanning in Gucci

The dress in the picture is slinky Gucci with a dramatic detail of a cape and a pooling Tain. The true beauty was captured by photographer Gareth Gatrell.

Virtual event allows you to be the boldest self. Cynthia Erivo chose a look from s/s 2021 couture collection Pierpaolo Picalli. Dress is bold green colour with platform silver heels and opera gloves.

Andra Day – named the Best actress, opted for a pale grey Chanel gown with a latticework bodice, just from the recent spring/summer 2021 couture runway.

6. Margot Robbie in Chanel

An iconic top-to-toe look from Margot Robbie, who was the presenter of the night. A tasteful selection of monochrome dress with a belted detail and feminine tiered skirt from spring/summer 2021 runway.

Inspired by her character, Lilly Collins was a French-girl-chic in her Saint Laurent dress from spring/summer 2020
8. Maria Bakalova in Amarni Privé

A red-carpet gown from Armani Privé spring/summer 2021 collection, a star from Borat the Subsequent Movie.
9. Viola Davis in Lavie by CK

This vibrant dress is designed by Lavie by CK, the work of Cameroon-born, LA-based designer Claude Kameni.

10. Rosamund Pike in Molly Goddard

Rosamund Pike had accepted the best actress – Motion Picture/Musical/Comdey in a cloud pink Tulle.
11. Anya Taylor-Joy in Dior

The star is in a Dior dress that has it all the retro, modern yet classic and cool. Jewellery is from Tiffany.
12. Amanda Seyfried in Oscar de la Renta

This is a custom gown from Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim at Oscar de la Renta, inspired by a classic Hollywood silhouette and hand-crafted flowers that decorated the shoulders.
13. Julia Garner in Prada

Julia Garner is in a drop-waist Prada gown with decorated wrists with bangles from Verdura.
14. Gal Gadot in Givenchy

Givenchy had designed the ivory mini-dress for the Golden Globes, which she wore perfectly with Tiffany & Co 18k yellow gold with a bi-colour zoisite and diamond pendant, with Rene Caovilla sandals.

Chanel gave the rising star a dress of her “dreams” to watch Golden Globes and to celebrate her first nomination.

The night’s presenter was in an off shoulder Dolce Gabanna dress, featuring crystals and feathers with a thigh high split, pairing her look with a similar purple satin sandals.

The nominee wore a custom Gucci velvet dress with leather straps for her Golden Globes, with simple black scrappy sandals and Cartier jewellery.
20. Emma Corrin in Miu Miu

With main inspiration from Pierrot clowns, the Miu Miu gown was compromised of ruffled organza neck detail and fell to the floor black velvet embellishment made with Swarovski crystals.
