As it’s such an essential tool that’ll you’ll be using on a regular basis, it’s really important that you buy one you truly love.
Almost all bullet journalers have their own special black ink pen.
This writing utensil is key when it comes to creating layouts and basic spreads.
Finding a pen that feels comfortable in your hand, is easy to use and you like the look of will make bullet journaling more enjoyable for you.
If you like to doodle, purchasing a good set of artist fine liner pens will benefit you massively.

Using a clear ruler is great because it allows you to see the dotted grid on the page which prevents you from making mistakes.
Washi-tape can transform a dull bullet journal spread to something only dreams are made of.
